This agreement (1-10) contains the entire understanding between SF CITY HALL PHOTOGRAPHY and the CLIENT. By paying the minimum $250 (two hundred fifty dollar) deposit, the CLIENT agrees to these 10 terms of service, and enters into our binding contract.

1. RESERVATION for WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY: SF CITY HALL PHOTOGRAPHY requires a 50% deposit/retainer fee by online payment to reserve the Wedding Photography service for the specific time and date of the wedding. SF CITY HALL PHOTOGRAPHY bills at the rate of $125 per hour. SF CITY HALL PHOTOGRAPHY require an online deposit/retainer for service. Any monies/deposits received for additional time must be applied to more service time. CLIENT agrees that SF CITY HALL PHOTOGRAPHY is delivered with twenty five original digital images (JPEG) per hour minimum, per photographer. CLIENT agrees that digital images on USB FLASH and DVD-ROM are JPEG (RGB) file. SF CITY HALL PHOTOGRAPHY renders (Photoshop-arts photo digital enhancing and editing) 10 images per one hour service, of our choosing. Travel fee beyond San Francisco is billed at $3 per mile. Event location inspect before the event is $250 for Northern California. Sales tax will be added to all sales. Availability of our contracted photographer is limited. We are first come, first served.

2. EXCLUSIVE: SF CITY HALL PHOTOGRAPHY shall be the exclusive professional photographer retained by the CLIENT for the purpose of professional photography of the wedding. No other professional or competing photographers are permitted. Family and friends of the Client shall be permitted to photograph the wedding as long as they shall not interfere with SF CITY HALL PHOTOGRAPHY duties.

3. CANCELLATION: CLIENT agrees that all deposits are nonrefundable for service time once received by SF CITY HALL PHOTOGRAPHY. All deposits are nonrefundable and nontransferable if the wedding or service is canceled for the contracted date and time. There will be no refunds for inclement weather, fire, tsunami, earthquake, and loss of utilities, acts of any governmental body. Credit card charge back fee is $250 per action. All cancellations must be in writing, signed and dated by the CLIENT on our Cancellation of Service form.

4. COMMUNICATION: CLIENT agrees to cheerful cooperation and written communication for the best possible result within the definition of this service contract. CLIENT agrees to facilitate our formal photo session by designating a “family liaison” (someone familiar to the bride and groom). CLIENT agrees that SF CITY HALL PHOTOGRAPHY will not be held accountable for missed photos of principals if there is no written “VIP” list. CLIENT is responsible for organizing, identifying and gathering people for formal “VIP” photographs. CLIENT agrees that SF CITY HALL PHOTOGRAPHY is not responsible if key VIP individuals fail to appear or cooperate for photographs. CLIENT agrees that our contracted photographer receives one ten minute break per hour service. SF CITY HALL PHOTOGRAPHY will return CLIENT phone messages and /or emails next business day, during our business hours. Our business phone number is (415) 529-5473 . Our email address is joymayweddings@gmail.com. CLIENT agrees to keep wedding date (IE; 12/23/2025) in subject line (email) to avoid confusion in our written correspondence.

5. EVENT INFORMATION: CLIENT agrees to submit the “ITINERARY” form in writing. All event information must come from CLIENT-not wedding planners. The photography will start at the specified “start time”, and end at the specified “end time”, as written by our CLIENT. SF CITY HALL PHOTOGRAPHY will phone CLIENT within the week of the event to confirm event information and any written performance instructions. CLIENT agrees to submit by EMAIL the ITINERARY and/or VIP and ceremony and/or reception maps with driving directions (start from San Francisco 94101) to SF CITY HALL PHOTOGRAPHY. All documents must be electronic (not handwritten) on PDF, MS word or notepad.

6. HOUSE RULES: CLIENT agrees that SF CITY HALL PHOTOGRAPHY is limited by the guidelines of the ceremony official and/or reception site management. CLIENT agrees to accept the image results of their imposition on SF CITY HALL PHOTOGRAPHY. Image imposition on SF CITY HALL PHOTOGRAPHY might include the following: No photos, no flash, no lights, and no movement. Negotiation of image guidelines and /or imposition with the ceremony and/or reception officials is the responsibility of the CLIENT. CLIENT agrees to accept the image results of their verbal or written orders of imposition on SF CITY HALL PHOTOGRAPHY.

7. COPYRIGHTS and MODEL RELEASE: Upon final payment by the CLIENT, the shared non-exclusive copyrights (certificate of ownership) of the resulting images will be signed and transferred to the CLIENT. The CLIENT hereby grants to SF CITY HALL PHOTOGRAPHY the MODEL RELEASE right to use and publish photographs of the CLIENT for editorial, trade, advertising and to copyright the same. The CLIENT hereby releases SF CITY HALL PHOTOGRAPHY from all claims and liability relating to said photographs. The CLIENT receives every image we shoot. There are no photos or images to pick or chose, except for ONLINE WEDDING ALBUM.

8. ONLINE WEDDING ALBUM ON SMUGMUG. After final payment is received, the CLIENT must select and submit up to 200 (two hundred) digital images (JPEG) on DVD/CD ROM within 90 day of the ceremony date. DVD/CD ROM must read on PC. DVD/CD ROM must be labeled “ONLINE WEDDING ALBUM” with CLIENT name and wedding date. Any DVD/CD ROM received after 90 days will be forfeited. Digital images to be published must be selected from our service. Online album is public, published with your full names, wedding date and ceremony/event city location. Please allow four weeks for online wedding album publication.

9. FINAL PAYMENT: SF CITY HALL PHOTOGRAPHY accepts final payment by CLIENT or universal agent in cash (USA dollar) or bank debit card or credit card (Visa or Master Card) at our San Francisco office during our business hours. All sales are final after final payment is received by SF CITY HALL PHOTOGRAPHY. Any gratuities received are nonrefundable. U.S.P.S. priority mail shipping within USA is $100. Photos and DVD are shipped by U.S.P.S. after five business days of payment received. Photography will be ready for pick up after four weeks from ceremony date. Rush fee (pickup before four weeks) is 100% of total bill. SF CITY HALL PHOTOGRAPHY will send an email bill to CLIENT upon completion. CLIENT agrees to email pick-up and final payment appointment. SF CITY HALL PHOTOGRAPHY staffs our studio/office by appointment during business hours only. Our business address is 732 Presidio Ave, San Francisco, CA. 94115. Sales tax will be added to all sales. CLIENT agrees that ALL photos and DVD will be released after final payment is received by SF CITY HALL PHOTOGRAPHY.

10. LIMIT OF LIABILITY and AGREEMENT: CLIENT agrees that SF CITY HALL PHOTOGRAPHY can replace the contracted photographers at our discretion. In the event that the contracted photographers are unable to work the date of the event due to acts of God , auto accident, illness, injury or death, SF CITY HALL PHOTOGRAPHY will issue a full refund of deposit to the CLIENT. The CLIENT agrees that our liability is limited to the return of all deposits/payments received for the event package. In the event that photographs and/or video have been lost, stolen, or destroyed for reasons within or beyond SF CITY HALL PHOTOGRAPHY control, SF CITY HALL PHOTOGRAPHY liability is limited to the return of all deposits/payments received for the event package only. By paying the minimum $250 deposit (or more), the CLIENT agrees to these 10 terms of service, and enters into our binding contract.
